Don't miss NO KINGS Oct 18

The LWVUS and the LWVWA are supporting and participating in NO KING protests around the country. The NO KING protest aims to oppose recent policies perceived as undermining democratic principles and to advocate for government accountability. It is now our turn to step up and add our name and our presence. Will you join fellow members and share our frustration with the policies we see impacting our lives and those of our community? Your presence makes a difference—stand with us in solidarity for democracy and justice. Join fellow community members on October 18 at 1:00 pm to make your voice heard.

We need to keep growing our peaceful protest. Sponsored by Indivisible Bellingham, they state,” The president thinks his rule is absolute. But in America, we don’t have kings, and we won’t back down against chaos, corruption, and cruelty. Grow our movement and join us.”
