Membership Engagement has several facets and lots of ways to contribute so you can be as involved as you would like.

Member socials are a way to connect. We have been meeting at low-key coffees and happy hours. Last summer we had several dozen members join us for a pot luck in the park. Do you like to organize socials? On-going efforts to organize usually take about an hour a month.
- Recruitment of new members and volunteers helps to sustain our efforts. How do we get our message out to like-minded people and get them interested in joining us?
- On boarding is important for bringing new members into our organization. How do we orient and get new people involved?
- Recognition of current members. We have lots of people doing amazing things and we need to celebrate these efforts!
