Media Outreach Help Needed

Are you interested in making a contribution to the League? The Communications Team is looking for a media outreach person to help with League publicity. Even if you don’t have PR experience, you could be a good fit if you are organized, have good writing skills, and are comfortable with digital technology.

As a media outreach person, you would work with the Communications Coordinator, Carolyn Stewart, to reach out to local media and community groups to help promote League positions and events coming from the LWVBWC. We’ve got a list of contacts and procedures; we’re just looking for the right person!

Regular meetings or check-ins are not necessary. This work will primarily be conducted through email, and you can take on as much work as you feel comfortable taking on.
