The Bellingham Public Library in partnership with the Whatcom Dispute Resolution Center and the LWV of Bellingham-Whatcom County will be holding a series of three sessions this fall titled The Art of Community. The final session:
Voter Engagement, Tuesday, October 22, 2:30-4:00pm
The LWV Bellingham-Whatcom County will focus on hopes and concerns for the upcoming election process, and how to make one’s voice heard not only on the ballot but throughout the year.
