A day of uplifting Black, Indigenous & People of Color within Whatcom County

Enjoy an event filled with live performances, music, dancing and food sponsored by the LWVBWC Racial Equity/Healthy Democracy Issue Team.

This event will promote an intentional exchange of marginalized cultures and ideas, encourage collective learning, facilitate intentional connection from marginalized multi-cultural perspectives, and build community and relationships to foster greater democracy. The goal is to educate and involve more people in the process of civic engagement in our County.

We will follow all Department of Health (DOH) and Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) COVID safety guidelines.
