LWVBWC Member Meeting: Civics Education in Our Schools
About this event
Civics education has returned to WA schools with a comprehensive program. We will learn about the scope of these changes and the successes and challenges from three local educators: Kristin Garlatz, Meridian Middle School teacher, Shannon Eubank, Sehome High School teacher and Kristi Dominguez, Superintendent of the Ferndale School System The format will be question-and-answer, with ample time for you to ask your questions.
A member meeting will follow the public program.
This hybrid meeting will be held in person and by Zoom.
Videoconference information will be provided in an email once payment is received.
