Primary elections are complicated. They’ve changed over time to invite wider participation, but are they as democratic as they might be? And why do so few citizens vote in them? Come and learn more, meet students, enjoy pizza, and join with a panel of faculty, Whatcom Community College students, and politicians in discussing the past, present, and future of primary elections.
