What’s Civics Education like today?
To know how the League can best support this essential education we must understand what teachers in the field cover and what their challenges are. On August 17 at 6:00 p.m. the Civics Education Team will be hearing a report on civics in the Bellingham schools from acclaimed civics educator Jennifer Reidel. LWVBWC members are welcome to join the CE Team to hear Ms Reidel and ask questions.
The meeting will be on Zoom. Registration is required. Login to register.
