Civics Education Team Will Feature Speaker Jennifer Reidel on August 17
Published on 7/11/2022
This talk, originally scheduled for May, will answer the question: How do teachers approach Civics Education today? For the League to best support this essential education, we must understand what civics teachers cover in their lessons, and what challenges they face.
Join the Civics Education Team on August 17 to learn more. Jennifer Reidel, acclaimed civics educator, will report on the ways civics is taught in the Bellingham schools.
LWVBWC members are invited to attend the Civics Education Team meeting to hear Ms. Reidel. Bring your questions!
