Harriet Spanel Honored With a Generous Donation

Harriet Spanel and other League members in 1971   We recently received a generous donation in the name of Harriet Spanel from an anonymous member.  Harriet served in the Washington State House of Representatives for three terms and for four terms in the Senate. She was an active member of our League committed to our mission for over 50 years until her passing in 2016.  Thank you for honoring this dedicated public servant and very special League member.
